For over 17 years, I’ve photographed growing families in my Wake Forest studio with a style that feels soft, natural, and connected. My approach is relaxed and gently guided, with an emphasis on real connection over stiff posing or forced smiles.

Meet Your Wake Forest Newborn Photographer
I’m a newborn and motherhood photographer, former preschool teacher, mother of two, and someone who deeply understands how quickly these seasons move.
Clients often call me “the baby whisperer” because after 17+ years of photographing newborns, soothing and safely posing babies has become second nature.
But beyond the experience and technical skill, I think what matters most is how people feel here.
I want my studio to feel welcoming, calm, unhurried, and human.
A place where tired new parents can exhale for a little while.
My work has been recognized with awards and featured in magazines and galleries, but the greatest compliment is when families return year after year and trust me to continue documenting their story.

After your session, you’ll receive a private online gallery filled with hand-edited images to view from home.
Collections include a selection of digital images along with a print credit to use in the online print shop, making it easy to turn your photographs into albums, framed artwork, or gifts for family.
And if you'd like help designing an album or wall gallery, design appointments are always available.

Sessions take place in my natural light studio in Wake Forest, NC.

Your Session
Once you book, I’ll send over a short questionnaire so I can learn more about your family, style, and vision for the session.
You’ll also receive access to the studio wardrobe for mothers and babies, along with guidance for the rest of the family so everything feels cohesive without being overly styled or complicated.
If you'd like a closer look at the studio or wardrobe before your session, you're always welcome to schedule a studio tour or wardrobe appointment.
